Every Cross + Covenant piece is made to order and crafted on demand. That means we do not sit on inventory and we do not waste fabric. It also means there is a short production window before your piece ships.
Production time
Standard production runs 2 to 5 business days. Limited drops and made-to-measure pieces may take 5 to 7 business days. You will receive an email with tracking the moment your order ships.
Domestic shipping (United States)
- Standard: 3 to 5 business days after production. Calculated at checkout.
- Expedited: 2 to 3 business days after production. Calculated at checkout.
- Free shipping on orders over $100 to the lower 48 states.
International shipping
We ship to most international destinations. Delivery typically takes 7 to 21 business days after production. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by your country. These are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking link by email when your order ships. If you do not see the email, check your spam folder. Still nothing after 7 business days from order date? Email hello@crossandcovenant.co with your order number.
Address changes
If you need to update a shipping address, email us within 1 hour of placing the order. Once an order has been sent to production we cannot change the address.
Lost or damaged in transit
See our Refund Policy for lost packages and damage claims. We replace damaged or lost orders at no charge once verified.
