Refunds & Returns

We want every Cross + Covenant garment you receive to feel right. If something is off, we will make it right. Most of our products are made to order through our print partner, which means we cannot offer free returns the way mass retailers do, but we will absolutely fix damaged, defective, or wrong items at no cost to you.

30-day window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return, exchange, or replacement. After 30 days we cannot accept the item back.

What qualifies for a free replacement

  • The item arrived damaged in transit
  • The item has a manufacturing defect (misprint, holes, broken stitching, peeling print)
  • You received the wrong size, color, or design from what you ordered

Email hello@crossandcovenant.co within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will ship a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund, your choice.

Sizing exchanges and changed your mind

Because each piece is made to order, we cannot accept returns for buyer’s remorse or ordered the wrong size. We ask that you check our size guide before ordering. If something does not fit, email us and we will work with you on the best path forward, often a discount on a re-order in the correct size.

Final sale

Limited drops, signature pieces, and discounted items are final sale unless damaged or defective.

Refund timing

Approved refunds post to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.

Lost packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot find the package, check with your neighbors and household first, then email us within 7 days. We will work with the carrier to file a claim and replace the order if confirmed lost.
