This Legal Notice (sometimes called an Imprint) discloses the operator of the Cross + Covenant website and store, where to reach us, and the legal framework that governs the relationship between you and our business.

3. Website and platform
The website at crossandcovenant.co is built on a headless commerce architecture (Next.js front end on Vercel, Shopify backend for catalog and checkout). All orders are processed through Shopify Payments. Card data is handled directly by Stripe via Shopify Payments and never stored on our servers.
4. Fulfillment
Our garments are produced on demand by vetted print providers in the United States, including Printify SwiftPOD. Production typically takes two to five business days. Shipping then takes an additional three to five business days for the lower 48 states. International shipping is not yet supported.
5. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms and any disputes arising from your use of this site or your purchase from us are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any dispute lies in the state and federal courts located in Flathead County, Montana.
6. Consumer information
By placing an order you confirm you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). Full purchase terms are in our Terms of Service. Returns and refunds are covered in our Refund Policy. Shipping timelines and costs are in our Shipping Policy. Your data is handled per our Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual property
All designs, artwork, photography, copy, and brand assets on this site are the intellectual property of Cross + Covenant and Modern Mustard Seed unless otherwise credited. The scriptures we quote are public domain (World English Bible) or quoted from copyrighted translations under fair-use guidelines. Unauthorized reproduction of our designs is prohibited.
8. Charitable giving
Ten percent (10%) of every purchase is set aside for our Charity of the Month, a rotating Christian charity announced on the homepage. The Charity of the Month is a public-facing giving commitment, not a registered nonprofit program. Donations are made directly from Cross + Covenant operating funds to the named recipient.
9. Updates to this notice
We may update this Legal Notice from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes that affect your rights will be announced via email to our subscriber list.
