Welcome to The Covenant Collective, the ambassador program for Cross + Covenant. These terms explain how you earn, how you get paid, and what we ask of you. By joining, you agree to them. Plain language, no fine-print games.
What you get
- Your own gear at our cost, plus shipping. Your personal code takes 55% off everything, always: tees $18.00, long sleeves $24.75, hoodies $33.75. There is no free welcome kit at joining; we are a small company and we would rather say so than promise gear we cannot send.
- Free gear, earned. Your first sale through your code or link unlocks a free pick: any two tees (short or long sleeve), or one hoodie and one tee, mailed with printed prayer cards carrying your QR code. The codes for it are issued automatically when that first order lands. Ambassadors approved before September 14, 2026 keep the welcome kit they were promised.
- 40% of the profit on every piece sold through your referral code or link. Profit means the sale price actually paid minus the production cost of the garment; the tithe (10% of that profit) goes to the Charity of the Month first, and 40% of what remains is yours. Your portal ledger shows every sale and what you earned on it.
- 15% off for your audience on their first order with your code or link.
- Your customers stay yours for five years. When someone's first order carries your code or link, they are attached to you. Every order they place in the next five years pays you your share, whether that order carries your code or not.
- First access to every drop. You see each new drop before the public. Once your free gear is unlocked, each drop carries a free pick of one new design, earned: at least one real post about Cross + Covenant, or one sale on your ledger, since the last drop keeps it.
- Your personal code is for you. It is for your personal use and your own content. Please do not share it publicly; your audience code is the one to share.
Tagging
Every post that shows Cross + Covenant gear tags @crossandcov on Instagram or @crossandcovenant on TikTok, and carries your link or code. That is how your people find you, how your sales reach your ledger, and how we find your content to reshare it with credit.
Staying active
The Collective is for people actively carrying the brand. The standard is simple: at least one real post about Cross + Covenant, or one sale on your ledger, between drops. Meet it and your free drop pick continues, every drop, once your first sale has unlocked it. Miss it and the free pick sits out until you are producing again; first access, your membership, your codes, your attached customers, your earned balance, and your payouts are never taken away for inactivity.
How sales are tracked
A sale is credited to you when your referral code is on the order. Your link auto-applies that code at checkout. Earnings are computed per garment from the price actually paid on the order, and are subject to reversal if the order is later refunded, canceled, or charged back. Self-purchases through your own referral code do not earn. Discount codes do not stack. Production costs are set per garment type and reviewed as our costs change. Returning purchases by your attached customers are credited to you automatically by the email on the order.
Payouts
- Payouts run monthly once your unpaid balance passes $25.
- Add your payout method (PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, or Cash App) in your portal. We cannot pay you until that is set.
- Balances below the minimum roll forward to the next period. You are responsible for any taxes on what you earn.
Disclosure (required)
When you promote Cross + Covenant, you must clearly disclose that you earn from sales. A simple #ad, #sponsored, or “affiliate link” is enough, and it is required by the FTC. Be honest. Only recommend what you actually believe in.
How we ask you to represent us
- Point people to Jesus. Keep it truthful, kind, and in good faith.
- No spam, no buying fake traffic, no misleading claims about products or causes.
- Do not bid on our brand name in paid search or impersonate the brand.
- Do not make medical, financial, or guaranteed-outcome claims on our behalf.
Ending the partnership
You can leave anytime. We may pause or end a partnership for any violation of these terms, and we will pay anything you have legitimately earned up to that point. We may update these terms or the program economics; material changes will be communicated, and continued participation means you accept them.
